The Electronic Patent Filing Week, launched by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) for implementation of intellectual property strategies and generalization of electronic patent filing, was kicked off on August 16, 2010. ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN, as the first Henan patent agency to submit patent applications electronically in large-scale via EPFS (Electronic Patent Filing System), has achieved 100% E-filing of patent applications since June 2010 and become the only “paperless “ patent agency in Henan, leading the way in E-filing of patent application.
