On February 15, 2012, Director General Mr. Guo Minsheng of Henan Intellectual Property Office, accompanied by officials of Henan Patent Service Office, paid a visit to RUIXIN.

　　Mr. Guo and other officials were shown around the office, conversing with staff members and encouraging them to work hard toward new heights of achievement.
