Official Fees for European patent applications will be increased from April 1, 2023

The European Patent Office has announced that the official fees related to European patent applications will be increased from April 1, 2023.

Compared with the applications filed before April 1, 2023, the basic official fees (total amount) for applications filed on or after 1 April 2023 will be increased from EUR 3900 to EUR 4095, and a cost saving is possible by paying the corresponding fees before April 1, 2023.
