Training Session (Qingdao) 2017 on Patent Preliminary Examination and Patent Service Kicks off

　　The Preliminary Examination & Patent Service Training Session was held between July 17 and 19, 2017 in Qingdao. Mr. Chen Hao, as Vice Chairman of All-China Patent Attorneys Association, was present and delivered speeches at the opening ceremony.

　　The training session gathered over 20 officials, experts and experienced examiners from SIPO, Beijing Patent Examination Cooperation Center and Patent Reexamination Board of SIPO as well as 60 representatives of patent agencies across the country.
