On July 21, 2023, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) announced “Decision on Awarding of the 24th China Patent Awards”.

A total of 13 cases represented by the patent agencies in Henan province won this year’s China Patent Awards, with 1 Silver Award and 12 Excellence Awards for patented inventions.

Among them, 1 patented invention represented by ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN won the China Patent Silver Award, and 3 patented inventions won the Excellence Awards, accounting for over 30% of the 13 cases, including the only one Silver Award in Henan Province.

Among the last eight year’s China Patent Awards (From 17th to 24th) , 29 patented inventions represented by ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN won the Award, which made ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN remain the top position in Henan patent agencies, in terms of number of represented cases winning the China Patent Award.

The China Patent Award, co-organized by the CNIPA and WIPO, is the top award for patents in China.
