Millennium City Park (also called Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden) located in the old city of Kaifeng City in Henan Province which are re-creations based on the famous twelfth century painting by Zhang Zeduan of 'The Qingming Festival by the Riverside'.
Daxiangguo Temple is located in the center of Kaifeng City. It played a key role of development of Chinese Buddhism. The views of the temple earned many honors, include “Ten Miracles of Chinese Temple”, “Eight sights of Bianliang”, “Xiangguo Frosty Bells” is also one the most famous view of this temple. It is also considered as the top ten famous temple in China.
The Iron Pagoda of Youguo Temple, Kaifeng City, Henan province, is a Buddhist Chinese pagoda built in 1049 during the Song dynasty (960–1279) of China. The pagoda is so-named not because it is made of iron, but because its color resembles that of iron. It is a brick pagoda tower built on the location of a previous wooden one that had been burnt down by lightning fire in 1044.
In central Kaifeng City, there is a big park called Dragon Pavilion Park (Long Ting Gong Yuan). It is said that it was a temple for worshipping the emperor of the Qing Empire. The original base was built in 1692, but the wooden structure on top was probably refurbished if not reconstructed more recently because Kaifeng suffered several periods of major devastation since then from flooding and wars.
