On August 3, 2009, the European Patent System Seminar organized by the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) and European Patent Office was held in Henan, China.

　　This seminar gathered over 100 representatives from various IP sectors in Henan. ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN’s general manager Mr. Chen Hao was among them. The main topics mentioned in the seminar are brief introduction to organizational structure of European Patent Office (EPO) and European Union (EU), how to apply for a European Patent and litigation strategy in Europe.
