The Second Henan Youth Forum on Rule of Law,  also called 2017 Annual Meeting of Intellectual Property Law Institute of Henan Law Society, co-hosted by Henan Law Society and Intellectual Property Office of Henan Province, was held in Zhengzhou on July 29. Mr. Shen Changyu, director of State Intellectual Property Office of People’s Republic of China delivered a speech at the forum.

　　Research paper on “Application of Patent Due Diligence and FTO Analysis in Free Trade Zones”,  written by ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN,  won the award in the writing competition of the forum,  and General Manager Mr. Chen Hao made a speech on the FTO analysis and FTO analysis.
