On the afternoon of July 11, 2017, Director Ms. Cong Shuping and another 5 officials from Preliminary Examination & Procedure Management Office of State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), accompanied by Mr. Han Ping, Deputy Director General of Intellectual Property Office of Henan Province, and Ms. Feng Honjgjian, Director of Henan Patent Service Office, paid a visit to ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN.

　 　Ms. Cong and other officials were firstly shown around the office and got to know the function of each department, focusing on the management of applications (especially for PCT applications), then had a meeting with our senior management and heads of department.

　　At the meeting, Mr. Chen Hao, general manager of ZHENGZHOU RUIXIN, briefed Ms. Cong and other officials on the development of the company, rapid growth of the business (the number of PCT applications account for 20%-30% in Henan) and social honors received in the past few years.

　 　Officials from intellectual property offices at national and provincial levels spoke highly of what we achieved over the last nine years, and were impressed by our procedure management practice.
